1988
A Legacy of Turning Challenges into Triumphs

The group acquired a struggling unit in Whitefield, transforming it from a loss-making entity with debts exceeding Rs. 70 lakhs into a profitable venture within two years.

1990
Expanding Strength Through Resilience

Vishwakarma Refractories Pvt Ltd. joined the group, evolving into a leading supplier of refractories for industries such as steel, cement, and glass.​

1992
Turning Challenges into Strength at Deccan Alloys

The group took over a sick unit in Hosur from the Industrial Reconstruction Bank of India, Chennai. This unit, now operating under Deccan Alloys Pvt Ltd. manufactures a wide range of TMT bars and rolled products, including M.S. flats, rounds, channels, angles, and squares.​​

1994 - 1995
A Landmark Turnaround at Deccan Alloys

In its first full year post-acquisition, Deccan Alloys Pvt. Ltd. achieved a turnover of Rs. 30 crores, a significant increase from its pre-acquisition annual turnover, which had never exceeded Rs. 2 crores.​

Expanding Horizons with Bhuwalka Steel Industries, Sri Lanka

Bhuwalka Steel Industries (Sri Lanka) Ltd. was established in Madampe, near Colombo, with a manufacturing capacity of 25,000 TPA of billets and rolled steel products, catering exclusively to the Sri Lankan market.​

Strengthening Distribution with Bhuwalka & Sons Pvt. Ltd.

The group incorporated Bhuwalka & Sons Pvt. Ltd. in Karnataka as its trading arm, focusing on the distribution of various steel and construction products.​

Establishing Sri Lankan Market Leadership with Confab Steel

Confab Steel was established to supply the Sri Lankan market with a diverse range of rolled steel products and TOR steel. Today, it stands as the largest manufacturer of TOR steel in Sri Lanka,

2006
Yet Another Milestone - Bhuwalka Forging & Casting Ltd.

Bhuwalka Forging & Casting Ltd. was set up in Kolar, Karnataka, strengthening the group's presence in the forging and casting sector and serving both domestic and international markets.​

2011
Strategic Expansion with Meenakshi Bright Steel Bars Pvt. Ltd.

The group acquired Meenakshi Bright Steel Bars Pvt. Ltd. in Hindupur, Andhra Pradesh. Now an associate concern, this unit operates furnace and rolling divisions with a capacity of 75,000 TPA of TMT bars.

2012
Foray into Real Estate: The Brigade Bhuwalka Icon Project

The Whitefield unit was closed, leading to a joint venture with Brigade Group for the 'Brigade Bhuwalka Icon' project. This marked the group's foray into real estate through Bhuwalka Alloys Pvt. Ltd.​

Laying the Foundation with B-Easy Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.

B-Easy Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. was established to cater to the growing demand for Bhuwalka Premier TMT Bars in both the retail and government sectors, marking a significant step in distribution and market penetration.

2018
Capacity Expansion at Hindupur through Strategic Growth

The group expanded the Hindupur unit’s production capacity to 2,40,000 TPA of TMT Bars, strengthening its position through strategic alliances and infrastructure development.

2019
Diversifying into Warehousing with a Landmark Partnership

Construction began on a 17-acre warehouse park in Hoskote, backed by a landmark agreement with Xpressbees—an end-to-end logistics provider for top brands like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Tata, ICICI Bank, Schneider Electric, and Ajio—signaling the group’s diversification into industrial real estate and logistics.

2024
Scaling New Heights in TMT Bar Manufacturing

Through a strategic partnership with Apple Industries Pvt. Ltd. at Hirehal near Bellary, the group increased the total capacity of Bhuwalka Premier TMT Bars in India to 4,20,000 TPA, reinforcing its leadership in the steel manufacturing sector.
